This class covers the basics of tumbling such as support positions, forward and backward rolls, handstands, proper hurdling techniques, strength and flexibility, tumbling and trampoline safety, and proper bouncing techniques. This class is designed for all students, no matter what type of athletic ability, strength, and flexibility to finish in one session.
This class focuses on the stationary (non running) tumbling skills such as different types of cartwheels, back bends and walkovers, handstands, lead up drills to front and back flips and back handsprings. On Trampoline, the skills include jumps, turns, seat drops, front and back drops, and twists. As always, fun and safety are a top priority.
At this level, the student will begin running tumbling such as round offs, front handsprings, front flips, some combination tumbling, and back handsprings. The trampoline skills include front and back flips, combinations with different drops, flips, turns, and twists.
This is our most advanced tumbling and trampoline class and is open ended. Emphasized are back and front tumbling passes including back handsprings and different flips and twists. The trampoline skills include combinations with flips and twists.
